Remove wireless network requires sudo permissions windows #167

Make opening the wireless network not require sudo privileges.

Network.app (which puts an icon into the upper right hand corner of the menu bar) doesn't require sudo.

The Wireless Networks app will hopefully be no more needed once Network.app is working sufficiently well. Hence, not spending time on the Wireless Networks app.
