Need Internet TV software, such as VLC or Kaffeine, so that can use m3u files.

I'm a bit confused. Do you want VLC in the App Store thingy or just want to know how to use it? You can install VLC using their guide here : https://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-freebsd.html
