When the welcome animation is over or skipped, the background will come in, but then it will suddenly change to a black screen before entering, Instead of smoothly entering the desktop without black flicker.

Indeed it is currently not as smooth as it should be. If someone can make it better, I'd be happy.

Please try the experimental 0.7.0 builds, this changes things a bit.
