Feature Request: allow user to configure glycerin

Description:

Using some kind of markup language (TOML/JSON) in a file in the user's home directory. Currently we use ~/.glycerin.json to store the auth, but we should separate the auth and user configuration.

Things that should be configurable:

use colors or not
- what colors are used
how many rooms to display by default
???
