Currently when you install the Hellō Login plugin the comment section for a page or blog post will have the "sign in to reply" links customized to be Hellō specifically automatically. There is no way to opt out if you are using this plugin.

Add a plugin settings to control if sign in to reply links are customized or not.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Always customize these links when Hellō Login is used. This might still be the desired option.
Additional context
The links should not be customized if the plugin is installed but not configured. This behavior is already done for the /wp-login.php page. This is a related bug that was fixed : https://github.com/hellocoop/wordpress/issues/95
