Description

The dialogs should be resizable with the following policy:

all components that should be centered are adjusted to the new size
all resizable components within one container should have a hard-coded ration (not size) that they should occupy
Implementation Draft

The prerequisite to this bug is replacing all GUI-editor generated code (issue #24).
