Improve documentation generation #38

The current documentation generation process is too plain to allow any complex layout or structure. I think we should go back to Markdown and use XSLT.

XSLT-based generation is around since 0b4f1850f3c22db28494a9e1573bf7f3f3a14929. I am not sure about Markdown yet. Its syntax is not enough for us and I am not sure about trying to extend any of its implementation for our needs.
