Automate release process #11

As noted in https://github.com/hellofresh/action-compile-job-status/pull/10, the build process for new releases for this action is manual. High-level steps are:

Create a new PR with changes
Update npm dependencies if applicable
Recreate the dist/index.js file by executing npm run package from local
Push the updated dist to your PR
Merge the PR
Create GitHub releases and tags for easier reference

Automating this process would make the release process more consistent.
