Add new backend: Vegeta #188

Goal

Add tsenart/vegeta as a new backend for Kangal.

Acceptance Criteria:

vegeta is added to Kangal as a new load generator backend. Readme is updated accordingly. Kangal can create loadtests with vegeta type.
