词典提供了动态API用来添加词元的，干啥要用刷新文件的方��

用词典维护比较方便。动态API确实可以方便地添加词元，但��
�不会保存到文件，也不能删除词元。如果使用动态API，必须�
��外实现一个自定义词元管理的页面。
