Add the possibility (when in resend mode) to delete all or some pending reports #112

I added the possibility (when in ‘resend’ mode) to delete all or some 
pending reports instead of sending them. This is a minor change to 
CErrorReportSender, CResendDlg and CProgressDlg. Essentially a ‘DELETE’ 
action and a menu entry that calls it is added in complete analogy to sending 
the reports.
