Crashrpt not able to handle the Exceptions from ActiveX Controller call back in MFC . #232

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open the below attached application and run under release mode 64 bit,
2.click on crash here.its detecting the crash information from crash rpt.
3.and re run same and click on left side block box its active x shock wave 
object. on flash call i have return the same code ..
4.but its not opening the crash rpt.
what should i have to do to over come this issue?
what m eight be the solution . please respond as soon as possible.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should capture the same like the crash here button action,crash rpt should 
process the exception and shown the dialogue.

1403

What is your version of Visual Studio?
2010

What is your version of Windows operating system?
Windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.

 I have given the sample code as attached below,.
the problem. is it should handle the exception from any call weather its button 
action or its active x call back function,
