Capture only windows belonging to the process #236

Is that even possible? I have a screenshot here, where our main window should 
be, but the users webbrowser is visible. It seems the main window has been 
closed before the screenshot was taken (but the rect calulcated for the 
screenshot suggests that it was there before).

I'm not sure the fix is possible. Sometimes, you see such artifacts instead of 
your app window, and I'm afraid nothing can be done here.
