Add empty output folder #1

It's not automatically created and this way following along the tutorial is just a matter of executing the commands in order, which I think makes it slightly less confusing.

On another note, the source folder is called rsc instead of src, is that a typo?

I was going to merge your request, but then realized other things were off in the project template.

So i included your change + fixed the other things and released this on clojars with clj-opencv template now on version 0.0.9.
