New client web page design with animated controller

The html template has been extended to include a base layout as well as a controller preview that displays the buttons being pressed in real time.

The layout is a base meant to be extended with a logo, a footer with credits & more.

This has been tested using brute-force modification of the existing deployment; but should work out of the box.

PS: there is some auto-formatting stuff going on because of VS Code. I can try and restore it if necessary.
