URL in invitation email is wrong

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in
2. Search for a user who is still unclaimed.
3. Provide his email address
4. Check inbox [of new user]
5. Click on link

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be taken to the proper registration mainpage, maybe even the
page to directly claim the user. However, I get a broken link error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This should ideally have been fixed in r188. Will be able to test only after 
#124 is 
fixed.
