Default value for some fields on Contact Information page should be IT BHU #97

The following fields in the following page should be changed to level 'IT BHU'

    Profile > Contact Detail

Fields :

    Home
       City, state, country

    Office
       City, state, country

    Permanent
       City, state, country

Rest of the fields should remain 'Myself' for people to change if they are
interested.
