Merge gtk3 branch into mainline. #63

I have noticed that there is a 7 year old branch named gtk3. Since rarely any app is still using gtk2 novadays, it would make sense to consider merging this branch and offering gtk3 as default.

Thank you for the suggestion, but unfortunately that branch is only a stub for a future gtk3 version of Viewnior, and the app there does not do anything but printf("Viewnior 2.0\n"); :sweat_smile:

I see. Is Viewnior 2.0 still planned?

Are you accepting external contributions? How much time do you think it would take to port viewnior to GTK3?
