upgrade to Astro3.0 #22

Not hard to upgrade to v3.0, but not instant:

traling / to URLs
check darkmode flag at every transition
removed flags that are now defaults

I did not test manually every single thing, eg "astro-robots-txt": "^1.0.0",, but should be OK :)
