🩹 Updated logo display in dark and light modes

Related with issue: Problem with implementation of logo display in dark and light modes

This commit includes the following changes:

• Moved the mediaDb.json file to a new location in .frontmatter/database/.
• Added a new taxonomyDb.json file in .frontmatter/database/.
• A new package-lock.json file has been added.
• Modifications have been made to the footer and header components to adapt the display of the logo in dark and light modes.
• The configuration file src/config.ts has been modified to support these changes.
