RGBD + WO #1

Can RGBD + WO be used without the IMU? As IMU is unstable

@stevemartinov, Hello, thanks for trying this out. Currently, I only implemented and tested Stereo+IMU+WO, however, RGBD + WO should be easy to implement. I will inform you when It is ready.
