Telco Specific protocols (GTP & SCTP) #104

For the people that use these kinds of tools within TELCOs it would be nice to 
add a couple of protocols that are Telco specific:

- GTP  (3GPP)
- SCTP (RFC)
- M3UA
- RANAP

just to name a few.

Support for specialised protocols are expected to be contributed by the 
community. Some of these protocols require connection oriented TCP/SCTP - which 
is an infrastructure item on my radar - however, there is no scheduled date for 
it as of now.
