Hello! All the dependencies are bundled with the .exe, it shouldn't be that. Check your .NET version (should be >=4.7.2) and make sure that it's not blocked by windows defender / antivirus? Someone on discord just reported an issue with W10, it turned out to be just the antivirus blocking the planner from running.
Apparently I was missing the .Net framework. Installing now and will let you know
I tried installing .Net but the latest version is already installed. I don't use anti-virus so all i can think of is something in Windows Defender?
Also maybe take a look at your SmartScreen settings? The planner isn't a common app, so it wouldn't be recognized by it. A quick search didn't really give me much to go on, it doesn't look like a .net-specific error. Try the usual stuff, run as admin \ compatibility mode?
Reproduced; it crashes on W10. Tried running as admin, sandboxed, as normal user, updating .NET framework and disabling Defender.
To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher.
Windows 10 Pro 1903 OS Build 18362.592
NC.Reactor.Planner.1.2.23.exe
Not really sure what the problem is, maybe I don't have some dependency installed?
