Of course, I'm not finished with your post (Because, understanding this rich stuff takes me some time), But I have question on BGP auto-discovery: There is no extra BGP update message for auto-discovery? BGP VPLS inherently has auto-discovery feature and all vendors who have BGP VPLS, also has auto-discovery feature, ya?

@azi1233 yes, if the BGP VPLS is supported by a device, then the auto discovery happens based on RT values
