Fix/retranslate machine-translated TW.json locale #365

Not sure what's going on but I can assure you that the origin one is machine-translated. Most of the characters were just "converted" from Simplified Chinese, instead of being translated, the terms are actually very different in Traditional Chinese that being used at Taiwan.
