Add Vietnamese translation #466

Some word if I translate to Vietnamese it's very difficult to figure, so I keep it in English (or add it into parentheses)

@michioxd Try to translate everything into your language, because, if you use both words suing parentheses, the text will be too long and it might be a problem for the UI.
