Breaking Windows Update and DISM Command #467

It seems that after disabling Windows Automatic Updates on Optimizer I have broken Windows Update functions on both of my PCs. I have tried resetting the Group Policy, cleaning the Registry Editor, and resetting all previous Optimizer settings back to what they were before I used the program. I am getting Windows Update Error Code: (0x80070643)

And to clarify about breaking DISM. I am getting DISM Error Codes 2 and 3.

Alright, so the Windows Update is an issue on Microsoft's end, however the DISM Error Codes are not.

You are getting this update error because the Bitlocker security patch by Microsoft is broken @vibj-dev

can you elaborate more on Dism? which commands do have the problem?
