In continuing with PR #237, it would be nice if the 'Repositories' page provided the ability to manually refresh the repository cache.

NAME  URL  SOURCE  <refresh icon> <trash/delete icon>

When charts are being developed in locally, being able to pull them 'on demand' into monocular would be a nice addition.

Great idea, this would also be useful when you add a new repository, as currently you have to wait for the refresh to happen.
