proposal UI feature: Add empty displaying when readme.md not found #667

Hello all, Just an issue to propose to add an empty displaying when an helm chart have not an README in its repo.

Problem: Currently the display shows the loader. This can mislead a user. Url: http://SERVER/charts/REPO/HELMCHART Fix: Display nothing
