would you consider to add the ability to offer items for donations?
I work for a local initiative to support the refugees. We already have a website with local activities, a calendar and so on. But we would like to avoid creating yet another local solution with our own database+data entry interface just to allow people to offer items to donate. The fragmentation of offers and requests is horrible for the averate person who wants to help by offering their stuff as well as for the refugees, who are oftentimes the only ones with enough time to actually pick stuff up.
The workflow I imagine would be like this:
Users can create an account with their Google-ID or Apple-ID and enter a physical address with opening times, a phone number or an email-address to be publicly shown with their offers.
A new offer is created by creating a subject, taking one or more pictures, picking a category (similar to Amazon or Ebay categories), adding a gender tag (unisex/male/female) if applicable (clothes, shoes) and writing a short description.
What do you think? Is this something you would consider to merge or to add yourself?
