Staff notifications do not work #65

Hi, I installed the downloaded version from the site today. I have configured the SMPT and IMAP e-mail account. I have turned on staff notifications in the email template settings.

Unfortunately while the new user set up a ticket / replied, the staff did not receive any notification.

Has anyone encountered this problem?

Hello Same for me after a fresh install this morning. I've tried this solution, but no luck

I guess i was a bit quick in the response before. Notifications coming now for manually created tickets. Notifications for staff are still missing when creating a ticket from our CheckMK over the API. I have applied this pull request manually, in hope this is not the cause for it: https://github.com/helpdesk-z/helpdeskz-dev/pull/60/commits/52e18740b1a004b5f8eb4857cc9db73a748cad20

Any hints would be very much appreciated.
