Roughness values in datamodel #2

In the datamodel, the roughness values for Bos en Bijkerk and White Colebrook gave the same identifier (both are 5 where Bos & Bijkerk should probably be 6). Also see the attachment.

The suggested fix would be to assign id=6 to the Bos en Bijkerk coefficient.

Dag Rob, deze heb ik aangepast in v13, die nu in concept door het Beheerteam HyDAMO komende maand gereviewd gaat worden.
