Page order doesn't actually reflect reality #15

I get that the first time a category is encountered it will start the category - which is fine, but the edit interface ought to update to reflect it.

One option is to actually have sub-boxes that you can move around too. I.e. the whole SDKs list is movable, and the sub-elements movable only within that box.

This could get nasty for deep nested stuff.

... but the UI only has one level it seems anyway.

the stretchr template only has one level (it just has 0 padding for folders). The default one supports multiple. I'll look at making the moving around better
