Hovering over the titles should give you an anchor link #2

Hovering over a title should show a little link icon, which, when clicked, sets the # hash to anchor to that bit. Then you can reference sub-sections nicely.

Great - except - moving the text makes me motion sick. I would personally prefer the link to appear to the right, and have the TOP thing aligned far-right.

yeah, I didn't add any styling, that needs to be added to the theme files. Right now it just pops it into the page. I'm trying to keep the markup to a minimum so people can do whatever they want.
