Naughty page refresh #24

The pages list in the editor updates - which means the page (for a moment) shortens height wise. When this happens, if I'm scrolled down, every second the page jumps up. Weird. I'd suggest locking the height of the container and only shrink it after the changes have been applied.

OR - check to see if the content has changed before updating it at all.
