Add more tiny icons™ and call the tiny ones tiny

Problem/Feature

We needed two more tiny icons™ for mailbox rewrite and @kyliedunkley, after talking with other designers who are planning yet more tiny icons™ for the future, thought it would be good to start being more explicit about the tinyness of the tiny icons™ in our naming scheme, so this:

• aliases the tiny icons™ added in the previous PR to -tiny instead of -small
• adds two new ones (info-tiny and workflow-tiny)
