Various accessibility fixes

Choice.Input

• aria-invalid was being set incorrectly so pretty much it was always true
  • Fixed the conditional statement

DatePicker

• The calendar was being read as a data table and each button just read with the day number
  • Remove the grid role
  • Add "aria-label" to each button so that SR reads dates like: "September 26, 2021"

DropList (SelectTag)

• aria label was hard coded to "toggle menu"
  • adds a11yLabel to customize the value (added this to all togglers)
  • For select tag, it auto generates the label with the current selection, so it reads something like: "toggle menu, Option 3 currently selected"

Input

• Increase md (default) input height to 38px (not including borders) https://helpscout.atlassian.net/browse/HSDS-219

Looks awesome @tinkertrain although it appears to have thrown out some alignment on Forms/ Condition — any chance we could roll the change to select elements?
