These sync functions alwasy reach timeout for waiting kafka ekaf_fsm up #23

I have 10 partitions for 1 topic and each partition has 1 ekaf_fsm。 Sometimes, i got timeout for theses sync functions blocked by ekaf_fsm's woker-up messages.
