Bed assign for discharged patients #481

Describe the bug

A bed can be assigned to a discharged patient, but this does not reactivate the patient.

Either disable this or reactivate the patient simultaneously

Describe how to produce the bug

  1. Have a discharged patient
  2. Open the patient sheet
  3. Assign a bed
  4. Reload the Patient

For some reason, a discharged patient is not shown in mobile. If I discharge a patient on web, the patient is then not shown in mobile
