Error condition "abuse:spoofing-attack" is not handled by the MessageListener #4

According to the "AMQP spesifikasjon" from Direktoratet for e-helse, mismatch between AMQP From HerID and XML message From HerID should result in a message on the error queue with the error condition "abuse:spoofing-attack".
