Standardization towards last year/period #52

Allow LagKUBE() to detect the last year or period for standardization. Currently this has to be manually entered into REFVERDI-column, and standardization towards periods extending > 1 year is not supported.

Updating the PredFilter after aggregating to multiyear-periods kind of works, but the PREDTELLER is still just estimated from the single year. To get this working, PREDTELLER also must be estimated from the multiyear period.

It might be best to leave this to the full rewrite.
