Use standard value for RESHAPE_ID #253

Reshape ID should use standard cols ie. GEO, AAR, KJONN and ALDER as in orgdata.num options. If column RESHAPE_ID is specified in Access then can compare with standard and keep those not included in standard. Else could also exclude by using ! in the specification.

!(UTDANN) to exclude UTDANN as a reshape id.
