Currently, double clicking a "Run configuration" opens a dialog that lets you
change it. It would be nice if it was possible to configure PyScripter to run
or debug the selected configuration instead.
That is, it'd be great if there was a configuration that let you chose between
editing (the current default), running or debugging a run configuration when it
is double clicked on the project explorer.
