can not run a python file by click the "run(shift+ctrl+f9)" button #585

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a python file 
2. write some python contents, such as "print 111'
3.  click the green button of "run" on the top
4. Error dialog pops up show "UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode 
characters in position 32-33: ordinal not in range(128)"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the file should be run and output 111

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.4.3

Please provide any additional information below.
windows XP, python 2.7 enviroment.

Addition:
Please tell me how can i get a english version of pyscripter,since some chinese 
characters can not display normal in my machine

See solution in Issue 427.  Modifying the site.py should work.  Otherwise avoid 
placing Python files in directories containing non-Ascii characters.
