Reinitialize Python engine not available on Win7 64bit OS (2.7.2) #716

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Always visible within version 2.7.2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sometimes a reinitialisation of the Python engine is needed.
It seams, that also not always the python environment is reset too.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7 Enterprise, 64bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
Button "Reinitialize Python engine" not active.
