Feature request: Version specific icons #732

It would be a nice to have to the Python version as an overlay on the 
PyScripter icon.

It is a bit of a nuisance when there are multiple PyScripter's pinned to the 
taskbar.

I've attached the icons (32x32x24 and 48x48x24) I'm currently using for myself 
to differentiate the pinned programs.  The font used is Segoe Condensed, 9pt 
for 32x32 and 10pt for 48x48.

Please feel free to incorporate these or not.
