Edit article overflow problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login as an admin user 
2. Goto to articles.
3. Search for an article and try editing it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
in IE [6.0.2900] (but not in FF) the editing space and toolbar overflow
out of the designated area and the overflowed region is not visible. If the
cursor
moves through the text and reaches the area to the right, the whole editing
region
shifts rightwards, hence cutting off the left. Needs to be fixed to work in
both FF
and IE. I suspect this will affect article submission from users too, so
this should
be high priority.

Can you verify if this happens for the dashboard - article page? I think it 
will.

There seems to be 2 issues here. One is that the admin nav bar(tabs if you will)
overflows. That is solved by reducing the default font. Since this is only 
admin, we
can kind of put this low in our priority. Or I could move the whole thing to the
sidebar, plenty of space there.

The user's dashboard tabs are lesser in number so I guess the overflow situation
doesnt arise. 

Second issue, is that the some portion of the page seems to shift over to left 
or
right? I cant reproduce the problem here, so if you could attach a screen shot, 
I
could see for myself the problem. I am referring to the page from which user's 
submit
their articles btw, not admin's add article page.
