email article form #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on link to email article
2. leave everything blank
3. click "send"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

An error pops up saying "all * marked fields are necessary". Yet, no fields
are star-marked! :P Also, the form should specify that "mail article to:"
expects an email address, for the sake of our dumber net-surfers.
