Make formatting more consistent

This formatts the odd bits of the document to make it more consistent with the rest. This includes:

• Whitespace after "headings
• Use __style__ of bolding (it is used everywhere else in document)
• Remove unecessary and confusing whitespace in front of each bullet points
• Ensure lists have surrounding whitespace
