Failed to parse (remote) sdp message

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start calling somebody
2. Error message shown at receiver console: failed to parse remote or jut sdp 
message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Video should be transfered.
I see the following in console:
